About 18 minutes from downtown Asheville. This boho-chic home was beautifully designed with modern amenities and boasts year round, long-range mountain views. Relax in the hot tub and sauna, practice your putting in our mini-golf putting green, cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen, enjoy alfresco dining, watch a movie under the stars, or simply catch up with family & friends by one of our fire pits.

This house has two floors and a large outdoor space in 1.3 acres lot. It is in quiet and peaceful area. We've built an outdoor retreat with sauna, hot tub, an outdoor dining area, fire pit, gazebo, and lounge chairs so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

 

Guests have access to the entire property, except that guests are not allowed in the attic or crawling space.

 

I am available via the Airbnb messaging/inbox or via text. In the event I am unable to assist, my co-host Julie is just a few minutes away and always happy to help.

 

Our property is in Leicester (pronounced "Lester"), NC, which is a 18min drive west of downtown Asheville. Leicester is known as a charming mountain community with winding country roads, hidden pockets of natural beauty with a relaxed pace that encourages visitors to linger and explore. The area has become a haven for artists.

 

You will need a car or similar transportation (i.e., rideshare service) to get to and from the property. Although we're close to downtown Asheville, the property is in a somewhat remote area. We have a parking slab next to the property, which can accommodate up to 3-4 standard size cars.

Great space with plenty of kid friendly outdoor and indoor activities. Great kitchen space, easy communication and check-in/check-out. We had a lovely stay. Our kids loved all the games, activity table, Pac-Man, and outdoor putting green. Comfy beds, very nice bathroom amenities.

Great view of the mountains, and the amenities offered were great for families. The infinity board was nice for children, but more board games for families to sit at the table and play would have been a nice feature. The ample supply kitchen utensils and organization was spot on!! I could find anything in the kitchen with ease. The hot tub was nice, and we used the fire pit and grill. We couldn’t get the projector to work well, sizing it was tricky and having to sign in to Google was burdensome. But overall it’s a great place for a family and very welcoming.

The house was just as pictured and a great place to relax throughout the day and the evening. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies. As of August 2026 they have started construction on a house that the back yard looks out at. There was no construction on the weekend but we did wake up to the sound of construction on Friday morning. Still would stay here again, that’s how great the stay is just wish we had gotten a heads up before hand!

We had the best time staying here for my bachelorette weekend! The property was absolutely perfect for our group. The hot tub, sauna, and all of the different lounging areas gave everyone a place to relax and hang out together, and it felt like our own little retreat. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. The host was also incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless from booking through checkout. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends!

Awesome spot for our two families with 4 kids ages 2-6. The outdoor area had so much fun stuff for the kids, and the adults enjoyed hanging by the fire pit after bedtime. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was very well done and the kitchen was modern and had everything we needed for cooking meals in. The house is in a semi-rural area with awesome views, but conveniently only about 5min from the grocery store, and 15-20min into Asheville. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place, incredibly well stocked with anything you might need and lots of extras for things like trash bags, toilet paper, laundry / dishes. The house was great for our four girls, they really enjoyed the front yard games and making fires in the pit at night. The location was a pretty good combination of proximity to asheville, convenience to a new super market and ability to get out of the city to hikes. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Airbnb that you can hang out at and just enjoy the space. The views are amazing! You can see the neighbors but we didn’t mind that. Very well stocked place as well. Host was responsive. We had issues finding and working the projector unfortunately probably due to previous guests misplacing things.

My favorite home we have visited. It's well stocked with everything we could have ever needed. There was even bathrobes for everyone. Its a perfect place to bring your dog. The outside area looks just like the photos and is peaceful. We look forward to visiting again.

This place was perfect for us. Beautiful house and yard, exactly as seen in pictures. The kitchen was very well appointed, and there were plenty of linens and towels. The amenities were fun and easy to use, perfect for our family of 4 school aged children. The only two recommendations would be to switch out the extra bright overhead lighting for the softer lighting of the lamps, and maybe make the gravel in the driveway finer? I was worried I was going to pop the rental car tire. Otherwise, fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the place. A variety of entertainment from digital play to physical play. Grown ups in our fam loved the sauna and hot tub, kids loved the arcade games, we all enjoyed the cornhole and mini golf set up. Host was super responsive when we couldn’t locate projector and one or two other small things. Kitchen has very basics for cooking and baking, so keep in mind if you grocery shop ahead of arrival. Highly recommend!

Maira’s home was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully prepared and clearly explained, from the appliances to all of the wonderful amenities. The home was impeccably stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free.
